3D MATCONTROL consists of a mobile computing unit, a sensor pipe, a unit for use with m-tec silo mixing pumps and an optional tablet.
The individual components are quickly installed and fit seamlessly into the printer setup on the construction site.
During printing, a multitude of precise sensors collect valuable data that provides real-time information on the material properties and the weather on the construction site.
The data is displayed in a specially developed dashboard, providing a comprehensive overview of the printing process at a glance. The data can be automatically saved for simplified construction documentation.
To ensure the printing material has the perfect consistency at all times, the parameters can be easily adjusted on-site based on the data. The water flow can be automatically adjusted by 3D MATCONTROL, giving workers on site more time for other tasks.
