The heart of our holistic 3D printing solution is the COBOD BOD2 3D printer. The modular gantry printer is quickly assembled around the printing area and moves its print head along three axes to build the building walls. Its modular configurability gives you flexibility in every project and allows you to easily expand your printer for larger projects. Once calibrated, the BOD2 prints one square meter of cavity wall in just five minutes. The complete printing system by PERI 3D Construction also includes the necessary silo mixing pump and a silo. We also offer comprehensive training on the machine and support with the planning and approval processes. The BOD2 is produced by the Danish manufacturer COBOD. As a key shareholder of COBOD, the BOD2 can be purchased exclusively through us.

COBOD BOD2 3D construction printer in use
The BOD2 print head moves along three axes within the gantry system that is built around the building to be printed.
Depending on the configuration, the printer can be set up in just one to two days. Once calibrated, the printer can operate automatically throughout the entire project.
With just two or three workers, the BOD2 can erect entire buildings. The printer handles most of the physical work, while the workers monitor the processes and intervene when necessary.
The BOD2's nozzle rotates during the printing process, allowing layers to be automatically smoothed if desired. A wide selection of nozzles allows for full flexibility in terms of layer height, layer width, and surface finish.
The building to be printed is planned in detail in advance. All trades are taken into account to ensure an efficient construction process. 3D printing also allows architects enormous design freedom.
The complete know-how required, from planning to using the BOD2 on the construction site, is imparted in several training courses to quickly and thoroughly prepare teams for their first projects.
